Arsenal: What games Bukayo Saka could miss after latest injury update
Saka could be facing up to two months on the sidelines with a quad injury sustained against Bayern Munich
Bukayo Saka is set for a spell on the sidelines in what is a significant blow for Arsenal.
The 25-year-old suffered a quad injury in the Champions League draw with Bayern Munich on Wednesday night.
Saka was able to leave the stadium without crutches but Arteta admitted after the match that it "did not look good" for the winger.
Speaking at a press conference on Friday afternoon ahead of Arsenal's match at home to Everton, Arteta did not put a firm timeframe on Saka’s return, but there are fears that he will be out for eight weeks.
"He's got another MRI this afternoon because he had quite a lot of fluid in the area so it was difficult to understand the extent of the injury,” Arteta said of Saka at his pre-Everton press conference on Friday. “We will know more tomorrow.
"We need a few more scans and opinions from the specialists. When a player is struggling to walk without any pain, he's restricted in movement, they are not good signs. Let's be a little bit patient so we can gave a definitive assessment."

With Christos Tzolis still out with a hamstring injury and Arsenal already short of options on the wing, it leaves Arteta with a headache in what is a hectic run of fixtures.
The Gunners have five more matches to play before the November international break, including a trip to Anfield to face Liverpool.
However, if the eight-week timeline is accurate then Saka will not be back before Christmas, thus missing games against Borussia Dortmund, Manchester City, Tottenham and Real Madrid, potentially returning against Manchester United on December 20.
Arsenal fixtures Saka could miss:
Everton (H) - October 24
Fleetwood (A) - October 27
Liverpool (A) - November 1
Slavia Prague (A) - November 4
Hull (H) - November 7
