Up and running; Liverpool star finally nets first PL goal of the season 🎯

Liverpool have doubled their lead in Sunday's Premier League clash against troubled Crystal Palace and it was certainly a welcome sight for Florian Wirtz.

The German international popped up at the back post to finish off an incisive counter-attack, led by the pace of Bradley Barcola.

It is Wirtz's first PL goal of the season, scoring with his 22nd shot in 10 matches.

Coincidentally, the playmaker's last league goal also came against Palace, way back in April.

So, after finally opening his 2026/27 account, can the Reds' €125 million man kick on and prove his worth to the Kop?
