Carabao Cup third round draw in full with Liverpool to face Tottenham in pick of ties

Liverpool will play Tottenham in the pick of the Carabao Cup third round ties.

Chelsea could meet bitter rivals Leeds if they are able to navigate a potential banana skin against League One Luton Town on Thursday night, while Arsenal and Manchester United will participate in all Premier League ties against Ipswich Town and Brighton respectively.

Holders Manchester City will host Norwich in their tie with Newcastle, the 2024 winners, handed a tricky away tie at Championship promotion hopefuls Millwall.

The Magpies, Tottenham, Everton and Bradford City all progressed on the night, while the eight Premier League teams participating in Europe this season were involved in a mini draw determining whether they would be playing home or away before kick-off.

All ties will be played across the weeks commencing 7 and 14 September.
