Chelsea have set a new asking price for Pedro Neto after Manchester City , Arsenal and Tottenham expressed interest in the winger.

The Blues are willing to sell Neto for the right price before the summer transfer window closes.

Neto, 26, has made over 100 appearances for Chelsea since his £54m move from Wolves in 2024 .

Given the size of his transfer fee, Neto has perhaps underwhelmed at Stamford Bridge, although he did just about hit double figures last season, albeit in a whopping 52 appearances.

Chelsea are open to offers for Neto after welcoming attacking players Morgan Rogers, Geovany Quenda, Emmanuel Emegha to an already deep squad this summer.

Manchester City have been heavily linked with the Portuguese winger , with Enzo Maresca keen to reunite with a player he managed during his spell in charge of Chelsea.

Man City suffered a humbling 3-0 defeat to Premier League champions Arsenal in Sunday’s Community Shield and Maresca used his post-match press conference to urge his bosses to strengthen his squad.

Arsenal are also believed to be interested in Neto, a player they were linked with while he was at Wolves, after failing in their bid to sign Brazil icon Vinicius Junior from Real Madrid .

Tottenham, meanwhile, have made an approach for Neto as they look to continue their impressive spending spree under new boss Roberto De Zerbi.

Chelsea were thought to value Neto at around £70m for Neto but the Daily Mail say the hierarchy at Stamford Bridge now want close to £100m to sanction his departure.

The Blues have upped their asking price after Pedro was strongly linked with a move to Saudi Pro League side Al Hilal, with reports even claiming he has already agreed personal terms over the move .

Chelsea bosses believe Neto is worth more than the original quoted £70m after seeing fellow wingers Yan Diomande join Real Madrid for £120m and PSG quoting £145m for Bradley Barcola .

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta, speaking after the Community Shield, said his focus in the transfer market was now on defensive reinforcements .

But former Gunners striker Jeremie Aliadiere has told Metro that he would welcome Neto’s arrival at the Emirates Stadium .

‘Pedro Neto could be a great option for Arsenal,’ Aliadiere said via Football Betting . ‘He’s played in the Premier League for many years, is established, knows the league, a very, very good player.’

After thumping Man City in the Community Shield, Arsenal now turn their attentions to their Premier League opener against Coventry City on Friday night.

If Neto stays at Chelsea, he will likely feature in Saturday’s Premier League opener away at west London rivals Fulham in Xabi Alonso’s first competitive game in charge .
