Daley Blind has rejoined
Ajax
for a third stint, signing a one-year deal as a free agent.
confirmed the move on Wednesday.
The 36-year-old, an academy graduate, made his professional debut for the club in 2008 before leaving for
Manchester United
in 2014.
He returned to Amsterdam in 2018 and stayed until 2023. His previous club was Girona, and he has also played for Groningen.
Blind has made 333 appearances for
and has won the Eredivisie title seven times. He also spent six months at Bayern Munich, winning the German title.
The former Netherlands international retired from national-team duty in 2024 after earning 108 caps and scoring three goals.
