Fernandes hints he DOESN'T CARE about Man Utd after Carrick snub

Bruno Fernandes has liked an Instagram reel hinting he does not care about Manchester United or Michael Carrick. The club's captain was left on the bench in the 3-0 defeat to Bournemouth and in the aftermath liked a social media post that states: "Never push a loyal person to the point they no longer care."
The actual video is also particularly telling of Fernandes' feelings as it depicts a rock figure attempting to stop a huge boulder from crushing a small town. Due to being struck by missiles from what he is trying to protect, the individual stops holding the large object and lets it wipe out the town into the sea.
It could be insinuated from the clip that Fernandes feels he has stopped United from crumbling but has finally had enough due to being attacked from the thing he is trying to help.
After criticising United's tactics in the Champions League loss to Como, Fernandes was dropped from the starting XI for the visit of the Cherries with Carrick labelling the decision as a footballing one.
When asked about it, he said: "He's fit and available but we decided to pick the team that we did today. Unfortunately for everyone we didn't manage to get the right result. We want to push forward and create more, we could've done certain things but not enough really and that's pretty clear."
Despite being 2-0 down at half-time, he opted against bringing Fernandes on with Matheus Cunha, Lisandro Martinez, Joshua Zirkzee and Shea Lacey all introduced instead. Bournemouth added a third prior to the latter duo's introduction while Fernandes occasionally left his seat to warm up on the touchline.
And another humbling defeat has left Carrick on the verge of being sacked with United seventeenth in the Premier League table.

At the full-time whistle, and even just before then, the United fans were singing Carrick's name with their former midfielder responding with his thanks.
Immediately after he disappeared down the tunnel, the applauding became vigorous booing as the players trudged off the pitch.
United face Chelsea in their next game having been knocked out of the Carabao Cup with the fourth round of that competition taking place this week.
