Javier Tebas renews attack on Manchester City over financial doping claims

Javier Tebas has renewed his attack on Manchester City following the Premier League’s ruling on financial breaches, insisting he has long denounced what he views as financial doping in European football.
According to Superdeporte, the LaLiga president again singled out City and PSG, criticising their funding models and the scale of their resources.
