Julian Alvarez ‘seriously considering’ Arsenal as Man Utd and Liverpool chase Adrien Truffert

TEAMtalk reports that Julian Alvarez is “seriously considering” a move to Arsenal after holding out for Barcelona in the summer. Barcelona are now said to be targeting other forwards, including Erling Haaland.
The report adds that the forward is still pushing to leave Atletico Madrid after a proposed switch late in the window did not materialise.
Manchester United and Liverpool are both keen on Adrien Truffert. TEAMtalk says he is a leading candidate to succeed Luke Shaw at left-back for United, having joined Bournemouth from Rennes last summer and started twice for France during the current international break.
Sky Germany reports Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool are monitoring Jarell Quansah, with Real Madrid also scouting him. An exit from Bayer Leverkusen is viewed as likely in summer 2027, with movement behind the scenes, and Liverpool’s buy-back clause is just under £60m until 15 June 2027.
Arsenal are also weighing a move for 17-year-old Mexico attacking midfielder Gilberto Mora of Tijuana, according to TEAMtalk. He already has 13 senior caps and featured at the World Cup in the summer.
