Leeds United predicted XI vs Crystal Palace after fresh injury blow and undroppable star

Leeds United host Crystal Palace at Elland Road on Sunday, seeking to stretch their unbeaten Premier League start to five. The Whites sit third after a 4-1 defeat of Newcastle on Monday.

According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, Daniel Farke confirmed on Friday that Harry Wilson has a quad injury and will miss Sunday and the upcoming three-week international break. Wilson has not started the last three league games, and Farke appears settled on a midfield three with two up front.

In goal, James Trafford has been largely excellent, although a late Newcastle reply denied him a clean sheet. There were a couple of shaky moments on the ball, but his overall form has been strong.

James Justin impressed again and was credited with an assist after the 2-0 goal was re-awarded to Dominic Calvert-Lewin on appeal. Nico Elvedi handled the pace of Fernandez-Pardo and Yoane Wissa, with a more physical test likely if Jorgen Strand Larsen leads the line for Palace.

Tarik Muharemovic has barely erred since arriving and provided the deft flick for Calvert-Lewin’s 3-0. While fit, he looks close to undroppable.

At right wing-back, Jayden Bogle saw a goal chalked off after an appeal, yet his impact was undiminished. Outstanding so far, he might feel he has a point to prove after missing the England squad.
