Liverpool dealt another injury worry following Gakpo and Isak withdrawals

Liverpool have been handed another injury worry after Jeremy Jacquet was ruled out of France’s Nations League win over Belgium.
The 21-year-old had featured in France’s previous two matches but was left out of the squad for Monday’s 4-1 victory.
The French Football Federation confirmed Jacquet had suffered a “strain to his left hamstring”.
France boss Zinedine Zidane also played down the severity of the problem after the game, describing the centre-back as “slightly injured”.

Liverpool will now hope the issue is not serious, with Jacquet set to be assessed ahead of the return of club football.
It comes as another injury worry for boss Andoni Iraola during this international break, however.
Alexander Isak left the Sweden squad early due to an injury concern, while Cody Gakpo also withdrew from the Netherlands squad because of an ankle issue.
