Manchester United

are weighing up a move for Wolves midfielder Mateus Mane, with Liverpool also credited with interest.

Wolves hope the 18-year-old can help drive a return to the Premier League.

United are also said to remain keen on goalkeeper Sam Johnstone. Earlier reports suggested he could return to his former club this summer. He is expected to leave Wolves.

. The France forward spent last season on loan at Spurs then returned to Paris Saint-Germain. Juventus are also interested.
