Man Utd provide latest fitness update on injured star

Manchester United striker Benjamin Sesko has withdrawn from the Slovenia squad ahead of the upcoming international break.

Sesko had been called up by head coach Bostjan Cesar for fixtures against Scotland, North Macedonia and Switzerland, but will now remain with United.

The striker last featured in the Carabao Cup defeat to Brighton and was then absent from the squad for United’s draw with Fulham on Sunday.

United have confirmed Sesko will undergo further tests this week before an individual recovery plan is determined.
