Non-league clash postponed as ex-Forest starlet rushed to hospital in warm-up

Truro City's trip to Folkestone Invicta was postponed due to a medical emergency for one of the visiting players.
City star Yassine En-Neyah, a Nottingham Forest youth product, was rushed to hospital in an ambulance after the episode prior to the National League South clash.
The 26-year-old is said to have collapsed on the pitch before the ambulance drove on to the playing surface in order to take him to hospital.
Both sides released a short statement confirming the postponement, before a further post from Truro confirmed En-Neyah was the player involved and that he was receiving further treatment.

“Truro City can confirm that this afternoon’s match against Folkestone Invicta has been postponed," they said.
"Yassine En-Neyah required medical assistance during the warm-up and was transferred to the William Harvey hospital in Ashford for further treatment. We will provide a further update in due course.”

En-Neyah played one senior game for Forest in an FA Cup tie against Chelsea in January 2020. He left the following year and has since played for Shelbourne, Waterford and Maldon and Tiptree.
He played the full 90 minutes earlier this week as Truro took on West Brom's Under-21s in the National League Cup.
