🚨 Real Madrid smash transfer record to complete long-awaited Diomandé deal

Real Madrid have broken the club's transfer record with the blockbuster signing of wonderkid winger Yan Diomandé from RB Leipzig.
The transfer, which had been the subject of weeks of negotiations between the clubs, has gone through for a guaranteed €125 million, with a further €15m reportedly owed depending on bonuses being met.
That sees the Ivory Coast international become both the most expensive African player of all time and Los Blancos' record arrival, eclipsing the €103m fee for Jude Bellingham.
Diomandé has signed a contract until the summer of 2031 at the Santiago Bernabéu.
It represents an incredible profit for the Bundesliga side, who signed him for his €20m release clause last summer from Leganés.
In his only season at Leipzig, the 19-year-old scored 12 goals and registered nine assists.
