Robinio Vaz is about to leave Roma.
While awaiting the arrival of the winger, Sporting Director Tony D’Amico is also actively pursuing departures, and the young Frenchman, born in 2007, is about to move to the Premier League, where he will play for Hull City.
According to Fabrizio Romano, an agreement is now close, involving a loan with an option to buy.
The player is reportedly in contact with the English club in the meantime to finalize the final details regarding his salary.
English transfer expert David Ornstein adds that the proposal on the table for the 19-year-old French striker includes a season-long loan worth €2 million with an option to buy set at €30 million. Work is underway to finalize the deal.
Arriving in January from Marseille and strongly desired by former sporting director Frederic Massara, Robinio Vaz failed to make the immediate impact he had hoped for. He had a rather lackluster second half of the season, but has improved in recent months, with the decisive goal against Lecce and strong performances against Bologna in the Europa League.
